"Great value for the price"
I’ve picked up a couple of templates from Template Monster, the prices have felt fair each time. Even some of the cheaper ones looked REALLY professional, so I didn’t feel like I had to spend extra money hiring a designer. For what I paid, it saved me a ton of time, and the quality was better than I expected.

"Pretty easy to tweak and make my own"
I used Template Monster and it was easy to customize, I changed the colors, swapped out the text, moved a few sections around and after clicking around for a bit it started to make sense. A couple parts took me a minute to figure out, but nothing too frustrating, and overall it worked really well for what I needed

"Pretty easy to set up overall"
Install went smoothly for the most part. I did run into one small setup issue, but nothing that felt like a dealbreaker. Just one of those things where you take a minute, check the obvious stuff, and then it’s fine.

"Refund came through fast"
I canceled my order and, the refund showed up quickly. I’m not sure if it’s always that fast, but in my case it was handled without much hassle

"Helpful support when I hit a snag"
I ran into some trouble getting my template installed, but support knew exactly what to look for and got it sorted quickly (which was a relief). One of the replies took a little longer than I expected, but overall the experience was solid and they definitely helped me get unstuck

"Download and license were easy"
Bought a template from templatemonster and the download showed up in my account right away. No weird steps, just a normal zip file, and it opened without any trouble.
Licensing was clear too. Could see what I’d bought and where I was allowed to use it, so didn’t have to guess. Smooth experience overall, would use again.

"Support replied faster than I expected"
I had a small problem downloading my template and was close to just giving up and going somewhere else if it turned into a hassle. But support got back to me quickly and walked me through what to do without making it complicated. It did take a little back and forth, so it wasn’t totally perfect, but in the end they helped me sort it out and I’m happy with how it was handled.

"Templates look really sharp"
I was impressed with how nice the templates look. The designs feel clean and modern, which is more than I can say for some other options I’ve tried that seem like they were thrown together without much care.

"Theme played nice with my plugins"
I grabbed a WordPress theme from templatemonster and expected at least one of my plugins to throw a fit, because that’s usually how these things go. I’m using Elementor, WooCommerce, and an SEO plugin, and somehow everything loaded up fine without wrecking the layout, so that was a nice surprise.
The only hiccup was with my slider plugin, but to be fair, that plugin was kind of the drama here, not the theme. Support pointed me to the right setting quickly, and that fixed it. Overall, I’m happy with it, the theme looks good and didn’t give me the plugin headaches I was ready to blame it for.
